Brie: I have to say that I have best family in the world! I am the only girl, right in the middle of one older brother and one younger brother. I admire both my brothers more than either of them know. They are both extremely athletic and I have always looked up to them and their abilities. I loved being able to cheer them on in every sport they participated in. Especially soccer. Soccer is big in my family. My younger brother Christopher is attending college studying to be a teacher; he is one of the smartest people I know. Our Jeopardy tournaments are legendary. My older brother Aaron and his wife Micah have two adorable little boys, Grady and Jac. We LOVE our nephews, and their parents are pretty great too! My dad and mom are wonderful examples of a loving marriage and how to be good parents. They are hard-working, kind, generous, smart, loving, supportive, and fun. They would do anything for their family and I am so blessed to be their daughter! Whenever we get together there is always lots of game playing, teasing, and plenty of sports talk. And lots of love to go around.
Sam: If you need a quiet place to relax and be alone with your thoughts, don't go to my parent's house! Let me paint you a picture of a typical night when my family gets together: My dad is reclined in his Lay-Z-Boy snoring despite all the noise around him. My mom is sitting around the table with her friends making scrapbook pages and chit-chatting about the latest. My sister, Cassie, is playing the piano and singing with Brie and our sister-in-law Sarah gathered around her. My two younger brothers, Aaron and Jacob, and I are playing guitar hero and we keep turning up the volume to compete with all the other sounds floating through the house. There seems to be a steady stream of friends, neighbors, and little kids flowing in and out the front door. It is a home full of people, love, and lots of laughter. Everyone is always welcome and instantly becomes a member of the family. I am grateful for the values my parents have taught me and the example my younger siblings are to me. My family is the best!
